Following my last post I had a browse on the internet to find some other ICT resources for music and came across this video on Teachers TV in which they look at three programmes:
This is a really interesting video. I have often thought about how ICT can be used in music other than just to listen to a piece of music or record children's compositions. Some of these resources seem a great way to encourage children to experiement with sounds which may not be readily available to them. These can encourage younger children to try different sounds and pitches but also demonstrate how practical activities can be done.
I look forward to trying some of this out with children.
